Product return policy
You can return the products you have selected and request a refund if you are not happy with the quality of the products because they have defects or alterations. The return must be made within 14 days from the receipt of your order accompanied by the purchase receipt.
If for any reason the product or products you have chosen seem to be defective or of lower quality than your expectations, contact us in one of the suggested ways of communication listed by our company before returning the products.
In case you have made the purchase of the products by paying cash on delivery, the refund will be made to a bank account that the customer will indicate to us, immediately after receiving and checking the returned products.
The deposit of money "due to return" and purely for security reasons will be done in an account where the beneficiary is the same person as the customer who placed the order.
The refund amount will not include shipping costs and possible refund costs set by the carrier unless the return of the products is due to the fault of Escargot de Crete or they have been damaged during transport to the final recipient. In this case, the customer is not charged with any expenses.
